How to Enroll
Patients (living or deceased) with a suspected diagnosis (per treating oncologist/surgeon) or confirmed diagnosis of hepatoblastoma (any age) and/or Hepatocellular Malignant Neoplasm - Not Otherwise Specified (HCN-NOS) (<6 years of age at the time of initial diagnosis) with at least one relapse and/or refractory event are eligible to enroll in the rrHBL Registry.
If you are interested in enrolling yourself or your child, we have two convenient ways to join the registry:
Electronic Consent via REDCap
The eConsent offers a self-guided consenting option to the registry. By clicking on the link below to the screener we will gather some initial information about you or your child to begin the consent process. Once the electronic screener has been completed, a consent link will be sent within 2 business days.
Direct Communication With the Team
If you prefer to speak with someone directly, contact the rrHBL Registry team at rrHBLRegistry@cchmc.org or 844-722-8774 (Option 1) and an rrHBL Registry staff member will reach out to provide additional details, documents, and next steps for enrollment.
